Nicks Hotel Apartments is perfect! Friendly reception, convenient location near nightlife but not noisy, spacious and clean rooms, decent restaurant, helpful staff, free parking.

The hotel location is perfect for business travellers, as it is situated in close proximity to restaurants and pubs. The free Wi-Fi in the public areas allows you to stay connected while relaxing at the bar. the well-maintained pool area is a great spot to unwind and enjoy a refreshing drink.
The air-conditioning was not free and the rooms were quite stuffy, causing some discomfort during the night. , the cleaning service was not up to par, as the rooms were not properly cleaned and the towels were in poor condition.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in Ayia Napa. the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. the restaurant offers delicious food, and the pool area is a great spot to relax. the location is ideal for exploring the town, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fresh towels provided daily. the free wifi in the common areas is a convenient bonus.
The hotel does not offer free wifi in the rooms, but it is available in the common areas.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me, right in the heart of the bustling nightlife area but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything I needed. The hotel facilities were adequate and I found the breakfast to be delicious. the cleanliness of the hotel was good and I had no complaints in that regard.

The hotel offered spacious apartments and friendly staff. the hotel was located at the heart of the city, close to the lively nightlife area. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and bars around the hotel. Another advantage was the easy access to public transportation.
The hotel lacked cleanliness. the bathroom surface was not clean, and the dishes/cutlery were dirty.
